Dennis K. Alexander

Dennis K. Alexander, age 67 of Cozad, passed away February 25, 2015 at Cozad, Nebraska as a result of an automobile accident. Dennis was born February 3, 1948 at Saginaw, Michigan to Dale and Ruth (Moore) Alexander. He grew up in Saginaw and graduated from Hemlock High School. Dennis served in the United States Marine Corp. during the Vietnam War. He worked as a contractor in both Michigan and Florida for a number of years. Dennis had recently moved to Nebraska to be with his family. Survivors include his children, Denise (Troy) Clodfelter of Cozad, Robert Alexander of Virginia, and Debra Ruediger of Saginaw, MI; stepsons, Matthew and Gregg Wainwright of Florida; sister Penny Ellis of Michigan; brother Dean Alexander of Michigan; 14 grandchildren, Christeenia, Amanda, Kay, Amilee, Timothy, William, Robert, Asher, Chase, Steven, Briana, Devin, Brayden and Abigail; his dog Scooter; and many other relatives. He was preceded in death by his daughter Regina; grandson Anthony and his parents. A memorial has been established in his memory. Online condolences may be shared at berrymanfuneralhome.com. Memorial services will be held Friday, March 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cozad United Methodist Church with Pastor Doug Smith officiating.
