Frances E. Debban, age 95 of Eustis, passed away March 8, 2015 at Golden Living Center in Cozad. Frances was born June 19, 1919 Southwest of Elwood, Nebraska to Ed and Mary (Hartman) Oyler. She was baptized in May of 1939 at the Salem Lutheran Church at Elwood, Nebraska. In May of 1938 she married Martin Debban. They lived in Wyoming from 1945 to 1949 and then moved back to the family farm north of Holbrook, Nebraska. In 1963 the family settled in Eustis. Her family was her life. She will be remembered by family and friends for keeping her hands busy with crocheting, knitting or quilting while visiting with her. Survivors include her sons Loyle (Hazel) Debban of Elwood, Dwight Debban of AZ and Rick (Kendra) Debban of Greeley, Co; daughters Sue (Harold) Carlson of McCook, Mary Lou Rupe of Mesa, AZ and Jean (Gregg) Wolf of Eustis; 14 grand children; and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; and infant son; her parents; and a brother, Phillip Oyler. A memorial has been established in her memory. Burial will be at the Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 8 at Berryman Funeral Home in Cozad, which is in charge of arrangements.
