Charles 'Uncle Henry' Creamer of Cozad, passed away August 12, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney at the age of 75. Henry was born January 4, 1941 at Spur, Texas to Willie 'Buck' Forest and Ina Myrtle (Davidson) Creamer. He was raised in Muleshoe, Texas where he attended school. Henry moved to California and worked for a hotel for many years. He eventually moved back to his hometown in Texas and took care of his mother. Following his mothers passing, he made Cozad his new home. Henry had a special fondness for animals especially his own dog, Sebastian. He had the perfect job here in Cozad, working with his niece at her pet grooming business, 'DoggieStyles'. Henry loved listening to Elvis and seeing impersonators in Branson. He also enjoyed watching Westerns. He cherished spending time with his family, especially when they would go for long drives. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Buck and Myrtle; sisters, Cleta Williams and Sue Kemp; brothers, James, Forest and Travis Creamer. He is lovingly survived by his sisters, Phyllis Mondt of Henderson, NV, Carolyn Herrington of Cozad, Monnie (George) Rutherford of Dallas, TX and Jan (Clint) Pasteka of Quitman, TX; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. A memorial has been established in his memory for later designation. Online condolences may be shared at berrymanfuneralhome.com. Services will be Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Christ, 2117 Newell, Cozad, with Pastor James McCrickard officiating. Burial will follow at the Cozad Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 1 to 8 at Berryman Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
