Charlotte K. Donnelly-Stauffer of Cozad passed away August 16, 2016 at her home at the age of 57. Kathy was born September 30, 1958 at Orlando, Florida to Hugh and Edith (Meyerholz) Donnelly. Kathy moved to Elizabeth City, North Carolina in 2003, and then to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee where she worked for WestGate Resorts. Kathy was diagnosed with cancer while living in Tennessee. In 2013, she moved to Cozad with her partner Angie Stauffer, to enjoy her retirement. Kathy and Angie were married on August 5, 2016 in Cozad. She spent most of her free time fishing, traveling and doing yard work. Kathy enjoyed Facebook, chatting and keeping up with friends. She collected sock monkeys and hallmark ornaments. Kathy will be missed by many. She was preceded in death by her father; sister, Michele Borie; brothers, Alvan Borie, Michael Donnelly, Gary Borie and Roger Borie. Kathy is survived by her mother; spouse, Angie Stauffer of Cozad; sister, Susie Stoddard of TN; 3 nephews; 1 niece; her aunt, Ossie Pearl Parrott of GA; cousin, Melody VanNorden of Atlanta, GA; and many extended family members; best friend of 40 years, Tony Cotton of NV; and her dogs, Nemo and Tinkerbell.
