Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in Him. Psalm 62:5
Clayton Hueftle, waited quietly & patiently before God because his hope was in the LORD. On Saturday August 5, 2023 at the age of 88, he entered the presence of his Savior Jesus Christ. He made the decision to make Jesus the Lord of his life at the Free Methodist Church in Ansley, Nebraska while still in high school.

In addition, Clayton had a special friendship with Sharon Koch for many years. They spent a lot of time together and talked daily on the phone until he became ill.
Cattle were a big part of Clayton’s life. He was well known for keeping a consistent eye on his cattle, frequently driving around to check on them in the pastures. In addition to ranching and farming, Clayton loved to travel the world. He made trips to Israel, Egypt and parts of Africa. He also enjoyed attending Christian camp meetings and conferences all over the United States up until he was no longer able to travel.
