Kenneth Leroy Brown

Kenneth L. Brown of Cozad passed away at Emerald Care Nursing at the age of 78. Kenneth was born June 9, 1943 at Cozad, Nebraska to Leonard and Hazel (Clarke) Brown. Kenneth did farm and ranching labor and worked at hay mills most of his life. He was always available to help a friend or family with different tasks that he was skilled in. Kenneth enjoyed fishing and spending time with friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters and their husbands, Mildred (Donzel) Flynn and Dorothy (Timothy) Knight; one niece, and three nephews. Survivors include his sisters, Wilma (Clarence) Putnam and Ardith (Richard) Weber; nephews and nieces, Jess Putnam Sr., Casey Joe Putnam , Keith Knight, Paul Knight, Debra Malcom, and Jenny Irmer, along with numerous great nephews and nieces.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2022 AT 1:00 P.M. at Cozad Cemetery.
