Makayla Marie Linder of Cozad, Nebraska passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney at the age of 33. Makayla was born November 13, 1986 in Lexington, Nebraska to Marvin "Bud" Linder Jr and Debra Hill. She graduated from Cozad High School with the class of 2005. Soon after, Makayla and Bobby Tolle had their first son, Alex in 2006, and Therin in 2010. She always put her boys and family first and took care of everyone. She also loved playing softball, listening to music, and hanging out with her family. Makayla turned her passion for helping people into reality by becoming a Med Aid/CNA. She had worked at several locations before landing at the Elwood Care Center. She loved caring for the elderly patients there, along with her new work family and friends she gained. She was aspiring to become a nurse and was very independent, outspoken and driven. Makayla is continuing to help others through her selflessness by being an organ donor. Makayla was preceded in death by her grandfather, Les Hill; and cousins, Steven Brummett and Christopher Linder. She is lovingly survived by her boys, Alex and Therin, and their father Bobby Tolle; grandparents, Marvin Sr. and Dorthy Linder and Althea Hill; parents, Bud (Paula) Linder and Debra (Simon) Rangel; siblings, Mathew (Lacey) Linder, Christina (Jordan) Maudlin, Haleigh (Adam Hendricksen) Rangel and Simon Rangel Jr, Ashley (Jordan) Kinnan, Tiffany (Matthew) Marquardt and Caleb (Cassie Holsinger) Lucero; aunts and uncles, Michael Hill, Nancy (Jeff) Brummett, Dani Wescoat, Mick (Kim) Linder and Donna (Tony) Haggart; her nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and friends.
