Marjorie E. (Gilbert) Worley of Cozad passed away March 18, 2018 at Cozad Care Center at the age of 98. Marge was born March 6, 1920 in Eustis, Nebraska to James and Margaret (Cooley) Fair. She attended Lexington High School and graduated with the class of 1938. Marge married Glenn Gilbert and were blessed with 2 children, David and Judy. Marge worked at the dime store and helped with the family dry cleaning service. She was an amazing cook and went all out for Dave and Judy's birthdays. She enjoyed entertaining and having friends over for food and drinks. Marge loved playing bridge with the ladies during the week and poker with the gentlemen on the weekend. Marge would later marry Darrell Worley. Marge enjoyed dancing with each husband and belonged to a local dance club. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Glenn Gilbert and Darrell Worley; sister, Thelma Bullock; grandson, Derek Gilbert and granddaughter, Rhonda Morrison. Survivors include her son, David Gilbert and wife Judy of Cozad; daughter, Judy Anderson and husband Denny of WA; brother, Don Fair and wife Joan of Wahoo; grandchildren, Erin Gilbert of WY, Blake Gilbert of CO, Brook Smith and wife Sandy of ID, Pat Smith of OR, Kimberly Sassali and husband Brett of Cozad and Michelle Spotanski and husband Cory of Cozad; and numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Monday, March 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery, Lexington, Nebraska with Pastor Jill Boyd officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 to 6 at Berryman Funeral Home.
