Timothy W. Brown

Timothy W. Brown of Cozad passed away Monday, June 17, 2024 at Cozad Community Hospital at the age of 62. Tim was born November 4, 1961 at Maxwell, Nebraska to Earl and Francis (Majors) Brown. He grew up on a dairy farm. His family eventually moved to Farnam, Nebraska. Tim married Tammy Page on November 28, 1981 in Farnam. Tammy was his soulmate, they were married for 42 years. Tim worked at Parker factory, several mechanic shops and in 1998, for the Railroad. He enjoyed hunting and being in the outdoors. Tim would’ve given anyone the shirt off of his back, always put others needs above his own. He was extremely helpful to his mother in law. He was mechanically minded and could fix anything.

Survivors include his wife Tammy; children, Sara Brown of West Virginia, Nicole Brown of Kearney, Ryan Brown of West Virginia; brothers, Howard (Patty) Brown of Sidney, Joe (Martha) Brown of La Vista; Kimberly (Rick) Hemphill whom he loved like a daughter and her children Hailee and Noah. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Iva Imler and sister in law, Ruth Brown.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 21, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Berryman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joe Sukraw officiating. Burial will follow at Westview Cemetery, Eustis. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Berryman Funeral Home.
